MAKING PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL: Total your order including shipping. Example: RG-5000 ($59.00) plus ground shipping within the cont. U.S. ($10.00), total $69.00. Click Pay Now button below the shipping chart. Enter the part number(s) in description. Enter total including shipping ($69.00 in this example) under item price and click update. U.S. MAIL ORDERS: Payment may be made by personal check, bank check, or money order. We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express if you do not want to make the payment on-line. Please allow approximately two weeks for personal checks to clear. All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via United Parcel Service or Priority mail. Please add appropriate shipping \handling from table below.
E-MAIL ORDERS: Please include the following information: Part number(s), name, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, CVC (security code) and telescope information if applicable. Fax orders are also accepted.
PHONE ORDERS: Can be placed during our normal business hours of 10:00-4:00 Monday-Friday.
OUTSIDE THE U.S.: If an authorized Thousand Oaks Optical distributor is not available in your country, we can ship direct. Please inquire for shipping charges. Customs invoice and documentation is included. We can only ship via carriers with tracking capability such as United Parcel Service and U.S. Express mail. We cannot ship via standard air post. Shipping quote available upon request.
