Ordering Information U.S. MAIL ORDERS: Payment may be made by personal check, bank check or money order. We also accept Visa, Master Card & American Express. (Please allow approximately two weeks for personal checks to clear.) All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via United Parcel Service. Please add appropriate shipping and handling from table below. E-MAIL ORDERS: Please include the following information: Part number(s), name, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date and telescope information if applicable. Fax orders are also accepted. PHONE ORDERS: Can be placed during our normal business hours of 10:00-4:00 Monday-Friday MST OUTSIDE THE U.S.: If an authorized Thousand Oaks Optical distributor is not available in your country, we can ship direct. We accept bank check, Visa, Master Card or American Express and wire transfer. Bank checks must be payable through a U.S. bank and have the 9 digit routing number imprinted at the bottom of the check. Checks not meeting these requirements will be returned. Customs invoice and documentation is included. We can only ship via carriers with tracking capability such as United Parcel Service and U.S. Express mail. We cannot ship via standard air post.
